All orders under 2kgs within the UK are sent via Royal Mail, orders above 2kgs within the UK are sent via Parcel Force, tracked service.
All orders within the EU are sent via courier
The processing time plus delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are no additional charges payable for duties or taxes on arrival when shipping within the United Kingdom and European Union.
